Here’s how Renova’s CLEAN-PATH© PROGRAM works:

• Renova files the township permit application and your job is scheduled upon permit approval.
• Our expert technicians arrive at 8am on the morning of the job. They unearth, cut, and clean the UST.
• The UST is removed and an inspection is made by the local, municipal official.
• Renova’s crew backfills the excavation with certified clean fill material and demobilizes from the site to properly dispose of the UST and sludge…all in a day’s work!
• Renova’s office personnel will prepare a closure letter with supporting documentation. The letter will be sent to you and the township, and your permit will be closed out.

If your UST leaks, Renova will walk you through each step of the investigation and remediation process to bring your property into NJDEP compliance. Once the project has been completed, your property will look as good, if not better, than when we started.

Renova is an expert at cost recovery. Rest assured, if there’s insurance coverage that can be triggered to help pay for your remediation, we’ll find it. As part of our investigation services, we routinely investigate potential third-party impacts and conduct forensic, age-dating analyses, which can be essential when determining an insurance cost share. Renova can also track down and subrogate prior owner’s policies, in an effort sometimes referred to as “insurance archaeology.”
